Operations Administrator

An exceptional permanent opportunity has arisen for someone to work within a luxury yacht commissioning team based in Ipswich assisting with the day to day running of the test facility and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.

Employed as part of a small, dedicated team the main duties will include:-

* Daily updating of schedules

* Check monthly invoices for approval

* Update the weekly boat stock details

* Coordinate the boat lift, fuel tracker

* Assist in booking of dealer support travel

* Update digital copies of Pre-Delivery Inspection sheets

* Ensure the loading of boats before dispatch

* Cover warranty when required

* Carry out daily/weekly safety checks ensuring all policies are kept up to date

* Maintain workshop work group bonuses and department KPI's

Applicants must have excellent IT skills with a high attention to detail and good organisational skills. Previous marine experience is not essential but experience within a dealership type environment would be advantageous.

Hours of work are 8.00am - 4.30pm with overtime available if required.
