Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and driven Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of commercial and residential projects, with key responsibilities in cost planning, procurement, budget management, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage cost plans and budgets throughout project lifecycles
Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement processes
Monitor project costs and advise on financial progress
Administer contracts and manage valuations and variations
Work closely with clients, contractors, and the wider project team

Requirements:

Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally across multiple sectors
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
MRICS or working towards chartership (preferred)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
