We’re currently recruiting for a Facilities Officer to join a vibrant Further Education establishment in Carshalton on a full-time basis.

Location: Carshalton

Hours: Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out day-to-day maintenance tasks across the site
• Supporting with carpentry, basic plumbing, and general repairs
• Ensuring the premises are safe, secure, and well-maintained
• Assisting with room setups and minor refurbishments

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident with tools and practical problem-solving
• Skilled in DIY and carpentry
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role is desirable
