Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Coalville for a Warehouse FLT Driver to join their team on a Permanent basis.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for working on the day-to-day tasks within the Warehouse. This includes Inbound and Outbound, Stock movements and Order Picking as directed by the Warehouse Team Leaders. The Warehouse Operative should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and a minimum of two years' experience on a Counterbalance FLT.

Warehouse FLT Driver Job Details & Benefits;

* £27,880 per annum plus an annual performance skills incentive of up to £1950

* 39.5 hours per week

* Weekly rotating day shifts - 6am - 2.30pm with a 2pm finish on Friday & 8.30am-5.30pm with a 2pm finish on Friday

* Be able to do a reasonable amount of overtime within the week as and when required (O.T paid at 1.5 after 39.5 hrs worked)

Warehouse FLT Driver Job Details;

* Safe storage and placement of stock in warehouse locations

* Picking of Ops and Booms and attaching correct Label to each item

* Inspecting goods for damage on arrival and report accordingly

* Safe manual handling of all goods

* Packing and putting away products

* Maintaining, Recording and Monitoring Pallet usage

* Constantly Monitoring/ Recording of damaged goods

* Full adherence to Health & Safety policy and procedures

* Checking goods against delivery notes and label accurately the items

* General Housekeeping Duties

Warehouse FLT Driver Person Specification;

* Previous experience within a Warehouse environment is required

* Previous experience driving a FLT is required but a licence isn't essential as the Company will offer in house certification

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent team player
