This is a hands-on, varied role which will involve but not be limited to:

* Overseeing fee forecasting and budgeting processes.

Implementing and managing financial systems (experience with Xero and Xero Projects is highly desirable).

*

Maintain and reconcile general, sales, and purchase ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

*

Developing and implementing budgeting and reporting tools.

*

Provide financial insight and analysis to help leadership make informed decisions.

*

Ensure financial compliance and assist with audits, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements

* Establishing management accounts processes (initially, this role will involve setting these up).

* Facilitating clear communication between project managers and the finance function.

*

Overseeing invoicing processes supported by an accounts assistant.

What We Are Looking For:

* Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

*

Proven experience in financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.

* Experience with Xero and Xero Projects is a significant advantage.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with project managers.

*

Proactive and able to establish new financial processes.
