Multi-Trader - Refurbishment & Maintenance (Social Housing)

Location: North & South London
Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

An established property refurbishment and maintenance company, working in partnership with several major housing associations, is seeking skilled and efficient Multi-Traders to join its growing refurbishment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced trades professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality work within occupied and void residential properties across London.

The Role

The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works on social housing contracts, including both planned and responsive projects.

Typical duties include:

Disrepair and damp works

*

Kitchen, bathroom, and wet room installations

*

Decorating and finishing works

*

Door and window repairs or replacements

*

Cap and Cove wet room flooring (including hot welds)

*

Brickwork, rendering, and plastering

*

Vinyl and carpet floor coverings

*

General building and investigative works

All works are carried out in line with NHF Schedule of Rates, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or similar role within social housing refurbishment and maintenance

*

Competence across a range of trades such as plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating

*

Ability to work independently and deliver a high standard of workmanship

*

Excellent customer service skills and professionalism when working in occupied homes

*

Strong understanding of Health & Safety and site compliance requirements

Essential Requirements:

Valid CSCS card

*

Asbestos Awareness certification

*

Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
