We’re looking for a Registered Home Manager with a proven background in managing care homes, particularly those supporting older adults and individuals living with dementia. Someone who understands the complexities of running a busy service, has navigated CQC inspections with confidence, and knows how to bring out the very best in their team.

This position is ideal for a manager who combines hands-on operational expertise with a calm, reassuring leadership style. You’ll be joining a modern, purpose-built home with a Good CQC rating—an environment designed for excellence, where strong clinical oversight, team development, and person-centred support are central to everything we do. What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally nurse qualified (RGN/RMN); however, applicants with a Level 5 in Health & Social Care and strong management experience are also welcomed.
  • Proven background as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting.
  • Extensive dementia care experience.
  • Strong understanding of CQC requirements with a solid track record of positive inspections.
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operations of the nursing home to maintain high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Oversee compliance and ensure the service continues to meet and exceed CQC standards.
  • Support, mentor, and develop care and clinical teams to achieve excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
  • Manage staffing, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement across dementia care and overall service delivery.
