Our client, a market-leading technical specialist and trusted service provider, partners with pioneering OEMs to deliver advanced solutions in injection moulding machinery. As they continue to expand, they are now looking to appoint a field-based Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen their presence across the UK.

Your role as Business Development Manager:

Developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow market share and increase revenue
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both existing and new customers
Identifying opportunities to expand product and service offerings within key accounts
Working closely with technical and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions

What We're Looking For

Experience within the Plastic Injection Moulding sector is highly desirable - but not essential
A strong track record in technical sales, business development or account management
Commercially astute with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, self-motivated and target-driven with a consultative sales approach
Full UK driving licence is essential
