Project Manager - CAT A & CAT B Fit-Out (Manchester City Centre)

Day Rate: £340-£400 per shift
Start Date: Early January (with onboarding from mid-November/December)
Location: Manchester City Centre

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out project in the heart of Manchester.

This role will suit someone who's not just delivery-focused, but also brings strong design coordination and commercial acumen to help shape the project from the early stages. You'll work closely with our in-house team and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of a CAT A & CAT B fit-out project.

Oversee design development, coordinating between consultants, clients, and contractors.

Monitor and control project costs, working closely with commercial teams to manage budgets and procurement.

Drive programme, quality, and safety performance on-site.

Build strong relationships with the client and wider project team.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing CAT A & CAT B office fit-out projects.

Strong understanding of design processes and commercial management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work autonomously and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Available to start in January 2026, with onboarding from mid-November/December 2025
