About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in leading and mentoring a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care for children in our Nottingham home. This is a low-risk, nurturing environment focused on emotional wellbeing, routine, and personal growth—not a setting where you face aggressive behaviours daily.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and support residential care staff to deliver child-centred care
* Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards
* Support the development and implementation of individual care plans
* Foster positive relationships and emotional wellbeing for children
* Collaborate with management and external professionals to coordinate care
