Salary: £48,000 + Car Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage electrical contracts across commercial, education, and healthcare facilities in the East Midlands region.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

* Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.

* Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure successful project execution.

* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate issues and ensure on-time completion.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.

* Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenses, and documentation.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager, preferably within commercial, education, or healthcare sectors.

* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry standards.

* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.

* SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.

* Clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is required due to the nature of the environments worked in.

* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the East Midlands region.

* Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
