Quality & Compliance Manager

Dunstable | Full-Time | Manufacturing

We're currently recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Manager to join our team in Dunstable. This is a key role responsible for ensuring products meet all BRC, ISO, HACCP, and customer compliance standards.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (with opportunity to work one day remotely per week)

Salary is negotiable, depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate BRC, GMP, and ISO audits

*

Maintain the site's Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, and HACCP plans

*

Investigate and close out non-conformances and customer complaints

*

Support NPD from concept to launch ensuring compliance

*

Drive internal audits, pest control, and continuous improvement initiatives

*

What We're Looking For:

*

Minimum 5 years' Quality/Compliance experience in manufacturing

*

HACCP Level 3 (essential)

*

Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & BRCGS standards

*

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

*

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
