SEN Teacher - Walsall

Are you a passionate and experienced SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Join our agency's growing network of skilled education professionals as we partner with a variety specialist schools across Walsall.

We are actively building a portfolio of outstanding SEN Teachers to support our schools with both current and upcoming roles. Whether you're looking for long-term placements, short-term cover, or day-to-day work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to the needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD
  • Develop and adapt lesson plans and learning materials to meet individual learning styles and EHCPs.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and valued.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching children with special educational needs
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting pupils with diverse needs
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
