We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Multi‑Trade Maintenance Operative to support one of our busy student accommodation sites in Leicester.

️ Key Responsibilities:

Re‑sealing shower trays
Repairing broken drawers and general furniture fixes
Carrying out day‑to‑day maintenance tasks across the site
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Responding to general reactive maintenance issues
✨ About You:

Previous experience in maintenance or multi‑trade roles
Able to work independently and manage your own workload
Good problem‑solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and customer‑focused
