Job Description

We are a commercial drywall company seeking an Office Administrator / book keeper who will perform clerical and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Type proposals
  • Process payroll checks
  • Print plans (drawings)
  • Prepare the necessary documentation to collect pyments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Strong experience on quickbooks and excel
