We are a commercial drywall company seeking an Office Administrator / book keeper who will perform clerical and administrative functions.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other office tasks
- Type proposals
- Process payroll checks
- Print plans (drawings)
- Prepare the necessary documentation to collect pyments
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong experience on quickbooks and excel
