A successful and values-driven secondary school in NN4 is seeking a committed and resilient Behaviour Manager to oversee its Reflection Room provision and support the delivery of high standards of behaviour across the school. This is a key role within the Pastoral Team, working closely with staff and students to ensure a calm, purposeful, and supportive learning environment.
About the RoleAs Behaviour Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Reflection Room, where students are placed following incidents of poor behaviour. You will ensure that this space is structured, calm, and focused on reflection and restoration, supporting students to understand and improve their behaviour.
You will be confident in applying behaviour policies consistently, de-escalating challenging situations, and maintaining high expectations. Experience of working within an inclusion room or similar setting is essential, alongside strong behaviour management skills.
