New job......we have an exciting opportunity for entry level candidates looking for an office based role. 

Our client based within walking distance of Birmingham International is currently recruiting on a permanent basis for full time Planners.  Planners will work to ensure that all of the contractor jobs are in the scheduling system in order for the work to be assigned to the correct engineers. 

Responsibilities -
•o To accurately record all job related information on the appropriate IT systems.o Ensure all jobs are completed within the required SLA and costs following correct processes.o Systematically work through reports to ensure the relevant work orders are ready to be scheduled in the system within the required SLA.o Raise Purchase orders so that engineers can complete reactive work within SLAo Respond to email queries from clients and engineers.o Update each work order in Maximo with the relevant accurate information.o Arrange third party attendance where required, raising appropriate Purchase Orders and Work. Requests and obtaining required completion information.o Deal with all communications in a professional and prompt manner.o Escalate issues with specific jobs, clients or engineers promptly.o Ensure full audit trails are maintained and evidenced where required.o Follow company policies and procedures, at all times.o Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery, or risk to health and safety, or the environment.o Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.o Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system

Experience we are looking for - 

o Must have experience working within a service delivery or contact centre.o Possess strong IT skills including use of CAFM systems for example Maximo and excellent excel skills.o Demonstrate a high level of communication skills with the ability to provide detailed information and advice in a clear and positive manner.o Have the ability to interact and communicate as appropriate with their audience, which will encompass colleagues, engineers, contract and performance managers and third party suppliers.o Work effectively under pressure within a busy and diverse environment.o Show a creative approach to analysing and solving problems using technology and reported information.o Adhere to process and compliance requirements.o Work well as part of a team.o Please note this position is dependent upon the successful candidate passing BPSS security clearance.

Planners working pattern is Monday to Friday working on a shift rotation between 7am and 7pm. Current shifts are 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm and 11am-7pm (These are subject to change).

Salary £21k
