What you'll be doing:* Handling general administrative tasks and supporting colleagues across the business* Processing invoices, raising purchase orders and supporting basic finance administration* Liaising with the finance function around payments, costs and records* Maintaining accurate records, spreadsheets and internal systems* Supporting internal communications, letters and documentation* Helping keep everything compliant, organised and running as it should

What you'll need:* Previous experience in an finance, administrative assistant, office administrator or similar role* Some exposure to finance tasks like invoices, payments or basic accounts admin* Confidence dealing with people face-to-face and over the phone* Strong attention to detail and good IT skills, especially Excel* A calm, organised approach when juggling different tasks
