Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations within the Tool room, ensuring efficiency and high-quality output.

Collaborate with the senior management team to drive productivity improvements and reduce waste across the site.

Champion a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

Lead by example in maintaining exceptional quality standards in all work produced.

Support and implement continuous improvement to enhance processes, efficiency, and team performance.
