Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next role?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable SEN TAs to join a range of inclusive mainstream and specialist schools across Bedford from January.

You'll be working closely with teachers to support students with additional learning needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. These schools offer welcoming environments, ongoing training and genuine opportunities for progression.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience supporting children with SEN (in school, care, or similar settings)

Be patient, adaptable, and confident in building relationships

Hold (or be willing to obtain) a DBS on the update service

Be available full-time from January
