This highly reputable practice based in Hove are seeking to hire an experienced Litigator to come in and join their already thriving, well established property department.

The role

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing team based in Hove.

In this position you will be undertaking a caseload consisting of both Commercial and Residential Property Litigation, caseload including boundary disputes, leasehold enfranchisement and landlord and tenant matters.

This position is highly suited to an individual with supervisory experience/management skills as you will be working directly alongside trainee solicitors, and paralegals whilst growing the department further.

Requirements

  • You will have 3+ years' experience in running your own files
  • You will be driven, dynamic and you will have the ability to work both autonomously, and within in a team
  • You will have an attentive nature, and you will have a proactive attitude.
