Behaviour Mentor - Kingston upon Thames

Salary: £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Long-term

We are seeking a proactive Behaviour Mentor to support students in a special school in Kingston upon Thames. You will work closely with pupils to encourage positive learning behaviours and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with behavioural and emotional challenges.

Work 1:1 or in small groups to deliver targeted interventions.

Promote social skills, resilience, and self-confidence.

Collaborate with staff and parents to track progress.

Requirements:

Previous behaviour support or SEMH experience preferred.

Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
