Risk Manager – Financial Services

Profectus is working with a respected financial services organisation seeking an experienced Risk Manager to strengthen their Compliance function.

The Role

You’ll own and develop the firm’s risk management framework, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, supporting the ICARA process, and providing independent oversight to senior management and the board.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven risk management experience in financial services (wealth or investment management ideal)
• Strong knowledge of FCA requirements (SYSC, MiFIDPRU, COBS)
• Risk-related qualification (IRM, FRM, CISI, PRM, ICA Diploma)
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills, able to influence at senior level
