The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive management accounts and source documentation to drive business performance insights
• Execute quarterly VAT compliance processes and oversee payment authorization procedures
• Maintain fixed asset registers with full documentation control and approval processes
• Coordinate monthly bank reconciliations and financial system closing procedures
• Support annual budget development and group consolidation activities
• Process intercompany billing cycles and maintain cross-entity reconciliations
• Facilitate audit coordination and prepare year-end working papers
• Manage debtor provisioning and work-in-progress analysis with department heads
• Oversee statutory filing requirements and regulatory compliance documentation
• Support expense management system queries and travel coordination issues
• Develop comprehensive process documentation for all financial procedures

Essential Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent professional experience
• Strong Excel and accounting systems proficiency
