As Head of Year 5, you will:

Lead and manage the Year 5 team to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
Be responsible for raising attainment and supporting the holistic development of pupils
Coordinate planning and assessment across the year group
Act as a key member of the middle leadership team, contributing to whole-school improvement
Work closely with SLT to drive high standards and ensure consistency across the curriculumWe are looking for someone who:

Is an excellent classroom practitioner with KS2 experience (Year 5 experience ideal)
Has strong leadership skills or is ready to step into a leadership role
Can inspire and support colleagues through coaching, collaboration, and clear communication
Is committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential
