Day-to-day of the role: - Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality language lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds to love learning foreign languages.
- Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance teaching practices and learning experiences.
- Participate in school events and activities related to language learning and cultural exchange.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in a relevant language or Modern Foreign Languages (MFL).
- Proven experience in teaching languages, preferably in a secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and pedagogy related to MFL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
