Lead Mechanical Design EngineerBristol – Hybrid£55000 - £63000 + excellent benefits including bonus, pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday + bank holidays. Outsource UK is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Engineer in Mechanical Design to join an Engineering client who are a leader in their field on a permanent basis.  You'll be responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering activities from concept through to customer commissioning and field trials.  This role offers the chance to lead a talented team, advocate for engineering best practices, and drive projects to successful completion while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.    Key Responsibilities:
