Our excellent client, a successful estate Agency is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly, hardworking and committed team in their busy office based in Gloucester on a full time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily monitoring of a portfolio of properties

- Managing and reporting maintenance issues and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently

- Communicating with clients and tenants

- Communicating with contractors

- Chasing overdue rents

- Booking and completing property visits

- Carrying out check out visits at the end of a tenancy

- Creating a comprehensive check out report for the return of the tenant's deposit

- Negotiating deposit disputes

Candidate Attributes:

- Excellent customer service skills

- Experienced in property management / lettings essential

- Have the ability to work with all types of people

- Organised, reliable and proactive

- Use own initiative and ability to problem solve

- Must have a driving licence and own car

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (no weekends!)

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience + free parking
