Location: South Leicestershire

Salary: £45,000 - £52,000

Engineering @365 is working with a leading specialist joinery company that offers end-to-end design, manufacturing and installation services. They deliver high-quality joinery and specialist finishes across multiple sectors and are now looking to recruit a Project Manager to join the team at their Leicestershire facility.

About the role:

As Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing bespoke joinery projects from concept through to completion. You will manage multiple six-figure projects, working across departments to maintain the company's exceptional standards of quality, accuracy, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams

* Participate in the formal project handover process and ensure full understanding of client requirements

* Allocate appropriate resources to meet project delivery goals

* Collaborate with the Design and Installation departments to uphold accuracy and craftsmanship

* Work closely with the Commercial team to ensure profitability and budget control

* Manage external sub-contractors when required

* Review and approve drawings prior to issue

* Monitor compliance with client programmes and ensure proper documentation is in place

* Represent the company at key client meetings

* Visit project sites regularly and stay engaged with production teams

* Support the Sales and Estimating team with project input to help win new business

What we're looking for:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager

* Background in joinery or high-end interior fit-out projects

* Strong track record in commercial fit-outs
