We are currently seeking an administrative assistant for a long-term temp-to-hire position. The office is located off the 281 and Nakoma area. Position is full time and we are looking for someone dedicated and open to growing within the company. Description:
Job Duties Include but are Not Limited to:
- Handling outgoing and inbound mail
- Assisting with billing and timesheets utilizing timekeeping system
- Reading client emails and responding to them
- Using Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in excel and other office related programs
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check
- Must be able to work 4 hours each day
Pay range from $12-$14/hour.
