We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team within a 44-floor commercial building currently undergoing a major refurbishment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor to manage skilled engineers and ensure the smooth operation of cutting-edge systems in a prestigious environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and supervising a team of 12 engineers across a large, multi-floor commercial site

*

Overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations and supporting ongoing refurbishment works

*

Acting as the key on-site point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication and effective service delivery

*

Supporting hands-on problem-solving and maintaining high standards across all M&E services

*

Reporting to senior management and coordinating with other departments to meet operational goals

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience in a supervisory role within building maintenance or engineering services

*

Strong technical background - HV certification is a plus, but not essential

*

Confident in a client-facing role with great communication skills

*

Proficient with building management systems and reporting tools

*

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of leading by example
