We have an exceptional opportunity to join one of Harrogate's most well respected organisations; based right in the town centre. We are seeking Customer Service Co-ordinators to join the Customer Service Desk. This is a busy department and the first port of call for most people; meaning that you will be handing a multitude of enquiries across lots of business sectors. Successful candidates will have excellent telephone skills as well as the ability to engage and problem solve over the phone. Day to day responsibilities: * Front end, customer services * Communicating with customers, agents and brokers via telephone, live chat and email * Use of a bespoke CRM * Manage adhoc queries and enquiries Skills required: * An excellent phone manner * Passion to provide first class customers service * IT Skills * Experience in customer service or administration is useful Hours: 9-5.30 Monday-Thursday. 5pm finish on a Friday. 25 days holiday (rising to 30) Hospital fund, pension Job Type: Full-time Salary: £16,000.00 to £18,000.00 /year
