We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Bolton who are recruiting for a Finance Manager on a full-time basis. Our client can offer an excellent benefits package including hybrid working, and to be successful in the role, you would need to have experience in a similar position, ideally within the manufacturing sector.

Typical duties include:

- Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes

- Supporting the wider team with finance business partnering duties and providing training where appropriate

- Preparing financial statements to manage and monitor cash flow effectively

- Supporting with variance analysis on projects and communicating effectively with business leaders to impact decision making

- Driving continuous improvements and providing financial insight to non-finance stakeholders

- Assisting with any other ad hoc duties to support the wider finance team

You will have:

- A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

- Experience managing a team would be preferred

- Excellent communication, both written and verbal

- Experience working within a large manufacturing organisation
