Part-Time Accounts Assistant
Location: Great Chesterford (on-site, with some hybrid flexibility post-probation)
Salary: £28,000 FTE
Hours: Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)

This role reports to the Finance Manager and offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day running of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

Input and process supplier invoices
Reconcile supplier statements and handle queries
Monitor and manage the shared accounts inbox
Perform daily bank reconciliations
Process credit card and employee expenses
Assist with VAT returns and month/year-end close
Support ad-hoc finance tasks as neededThe Ideal Candidate:

Office experience with strong attention to detail
Experience in bookkeeping or finance is desirable but not essential
Confident with Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
Willing to learn new systems and processes
