Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Lawyer / Legal Exec

Location: Brighton & Hove - East Sussex (Hybrid Working, 3 office 2 wfh) Part-time or Full-time

Overview: A forward thinking law firm is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Commercial Property Lawyer (paralegal, legal executive, or solicitor) to join its innovative team. You’ll manage a varied caseload, provide expert legal advice and contribute to the growth of the department.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Significant experience in commercial property law
• Ability to manage a wide range of property transactions independently
• Strong business development and strategic thinking skills

Skills:
• Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure

Experience in advising both tenants and landlords on commercial property matters, including:

·         Grants of new leases - acting for either landlord or tenant.
·         Lease renewals
·         Property auctions - sales and purchases.
·         Serving of formal notices.
·         Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, sales and purchases and advice, acting for either landlord or tenant.
·         Lease Extensions
