Finance & Administration Assistant
Part-Time | Fully Remote | 20 Hours per Week (Typically 9:00am-1:00pm)

Looking for a flexible, fully remote role where you can make a real impact? We're supporting a growing, specialist consultancy business delivering training and technical services to clients across the UK and Ireland.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced environment.

The Role
You'll support the financial and administrative operations of two businesses with a combined turnover of ~£3m, handling around 100 sales invoices and 30 purchase invoices per month.

Key Responsibilities

Raising and managing sales invoices
Processing supplier and contractor payments
Managing customer purchase orders
Chasing outstanding payments and maintaining cash flow
Bank processing and reconciliations
Assisting with VAT returns (training provided)
Supporting the scheduling of client training courses
General admin support and ad hoc tasks
About You

Experience in a finance and/or administrative role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Confident communicator
Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems
