Office & Facilities Assistant - Gaming Industry

We're working with a fast-growing and well-established gaming business in the heart of Leamington Spa, known for producing some of the world's most fun and widely played games. They're on the lookout for a hands-on, proactive Office & Facilities Assistant to join their team immediately on a temporary contract, with a strong chance of securing a permanent position if successful.

About the Role:

You'll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, creating a welcoming and organised environment for a team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and fun. This is a varied and active role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Maintenance: Light cleaning, coordinating minor repairs, and liaising with maintenance vendors

Stock Management: Restocking kitchen, bathroom, and general office supplies

Workspace Setup: Supporting desk moves, event setups, and assembling office furniture

H&S Support: Carrying out routine checks and supporting compliance with safety regulations

Post & Shipments: Managing post and regular international shipments

Event Assistance: Helping with office events, furniture setup, and catering support

Facilities Projects: Assisting with wider facilities improvement projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

Someone practical, reliable, and organised

A strong communicator with a can-do attitude

Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting/moving light furniture, setting up spaces)

Previous facilities or office coordination experience is a bonus, but not essential
