We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who enjoys combining hands‑on delivery with strategic thinking, partnering closely with hiring managers and building long‑term talent pipelines across the business.

The Role

As Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment across the business, ensuring a high‑quality, consistent hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Leading the full recruitment lifecycle across head office and site‑based roles
Partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
Developing and implementing effective talent attraction strategies
Managing and improving recruitment processes, systems, and agency relationships
Building talent pipelines and employer brand presence
Using data and insights to inform hiring decisions and improve outcomesAbout You

✔ Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment, ideally within a fast‑paced environment
✔ Confident stakeholder manager with a consultative, commercial approach
✔ Strong end‑to‑end recruitment delivery experience
✔ Experience using ATS / HRIS systems
✔ Passionate about hiring great people and continuously improving processes
