Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will have the following accountabilities:

* Supporting with Drafting and issuing of subcontracts

* Liaising and dealing with Supply Chain

* Contract Management

* Supporting the Month End process

* Forecasting, Measurement, Taking Off

* Risk/Opportunity Management

Who we're looking for

You'll probably have:

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying

* Knowledge of NEC forms of contract

* Being proactive and coming up with solutions to problems faced

* A team player, someone who enjoys working in a team environment

* strong planning and organisation skills to deliver commercial excellence and efficiency

* Financial and commercial awareness is required to deliver targets

* Living within a reasonable commutable distance from Bristol

Starting salary from £35,000 basic, up to £45,000 plus package and bonuses
