Academics is a trusted education and training agency working on behalf of secondary schools across Sheffield. We are currently supporting schools in their search for a Languages Teacher to join their departments for the rest of this academic year, with possible longer-term opportunities available.

We are ideally looking for a German Teacher, but we also have ongoing roles for Spanish Teachers and French Teachers.

What you'll be doing as a Languages Teacher:

• Teach German, Spanish or French depending on your subject expertise.
• Deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum expectations.
• Support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Create inclusive and exciting learning experiences.
• Inspire students to develop their language skills.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching where needed.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has a current enhanced DBS or is happy to apply for one.
• Understands the secondary MFL curriculum.
• Uses positive behaviour strategies effectively.
• Is committed to quality education and training.
