Learning Support Assistant - Immediate Start - Southeast London

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting passionate and experienced Learning Support Assistants to work across a range of fantastic mainstream secondary schools in Bexley and the wider Southeast London area. These roles are to start immediately and are full-time and long-term, running through to the end of the academic year, with the potential for ongoing work.

Whether you're looking for a long-term position or the flexibility of day-to-day supply, we have opportunities to suit your schedule. As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting students with SEND, helping them to thrive in a mainstream classroom setting.

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people (essential)

Experience supporting students with SEND (desired/required)

A valid DBS on the Update Service

A proactive, reliable, and compassionate approach

Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support

Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and accessible lessons

Support pupils with SEND in and outside the classroom

Work closely with school staff and parents to ensure student progress
