The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile CNC Miller & Turner with a strong background in programming, setting, and operating a variety of CNC machines. You will work on a wide range of precision components in both small and medium batch sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set, operate, and program CNC milling and turning machines (experience with machines such as Mazak, Haas, Fanuc, Hercos, Moriseiki , etc. is highly desirable)

* Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

* Work to tight tolerances and high-quality standards

* Perform in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment

* Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices on the shop floor

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a CNC Miller and/or Turner

* Strong knowledge of programming and machine tool setup

* Experience with a variety of control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Mazatrol, Mori Seiki, Hercos )

* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and CAD models

* Apprenticeship-trained or relevant engineering qualifications
