�? What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the Quality Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products, processes, and services meet the highest standards. You'll be the go-to expert for quality assurance, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain customer trust.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing expert quality support on drawings, parts, and processes.
• Leading investigations into quality issues and driving corrective actions.
• Monitoring and assuring compliance with quality systems and certification processes.
• Analysing data to identify trends and root causes.
• Presenting quality insights to leadership and supporting strategic decisions.

?? What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's not just technically skilled, but also a great communicator and team player. Ideally, you'll have:

• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with problem-solving tools (PPS, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.).
• Confidence to challenge constructively and build strong working relationships.
• Solid data analysis skills - you can spot patterns and draw meaningful conclusions.
• A background in quality or engineering within a manufacturing environment (aerospace is a bonus!).
