One of our clients is looking for a Day Concierge to work on a temporary to permanent basis at their high-end Residential Building based in Brentford.

• Location: Brentford
• Salary: £12.75 - £13.85ph per hour
• Schedule: 4 on, 4 off - Day Shifts
• Contract: Temp to Perm

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and contractors with professionalism and care

• Handle parcel deliveries and dry cleaning requests

• Issue keys, access fobs, and visitor parking permits, ensuring strict procedures are followed

• Respond to resident queries (in person, by phone, and through internal systems)

• Liaise with security and cleaning teams to ensure smooth estate operations

• Report maintenance, safety, and security concerns promptly

• Maintain accurate logs and uphold GDPR standards when handling resident data

• Support occasional administrative or stock check duties as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Calm under pressure with strong multitasking abilities

• Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, front-of-house, or hospitality role

• Confident handling residents' needs with patience and professionalism

• Comfortable using internal systems and managing light administrative duties
