Store Person

The Store Person is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling, storage, and distribution of goods within the store or warehouse. This includes receiving, checking, storing, and dispatching materials in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive incoming stock, inspect for accuracy and damage

* Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods

* Organize and maintain storage areas in a clean and orderly manner

* Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory control

* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as required

* Update records, systems, or paperwork related to stock movement

* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures

* Assist in loading/unloading deliveries as needed

* Communicate effectively with team members and other departments

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a warehouse, store, or logistics role preferred

* Basic computer skills for inventory entry and documentation

* Physically fit and able to lift or move heavy items

* Forklift license (if applicable)

* Attention to detail and good organizational skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
