About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our growing team. Operating across South East London, North London, and Kent, this role requires a well-rounded professional capable of handling a variety of trades to support both planned and reactive maintenance works in domestic and maybe some void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment work including:

*

Carpentry

*

Basic plumbing

*

Plastering

*

Tiling

*

Painting and decorating

*

Basic electrical work

*

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with relevant health and safety regulations.

will be uploading photos of work done to an app that will be sent back to the office

*

Respond promptly to job requests and complete tasks efficiently.

*

Provide excellent customer service while on-site.

*

Accurately report work carried out using job management systems or mobile apps.

*

Travel across designated regions (South East London, North London, Kent) as required.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in a multi-trade or property maintenance role.

*

Strong skills in at least two of the following: carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating.

*

Good knowledge of health and safety standards.

*

Full UK driving licence (essential).

*

Own tools (desirable, but company may provide).

*

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

*

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Desirable:

*

NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications in relevant trades.

*

Experience working in social housing, residential maintenance, or void properties.

*

Basic electrical qualification (18th edition or similar)
