Prototype Fabricator Welder - MIG & TIG

Nuneaton (CV10) Up to £18.00/hr Mon-Thurs 07:30-16:30, Fri 07:30-12:30

We're partnering with a cutting-edge sheet metal manufacturer based in Nuneaton, known for their high-quality prototypes, advanced machinery, and one-off metal fabrication work. They're on the lookout for a skilled Prototype Fabricator Welder to join their specialist team.

What You'll Be Doing

Fabricating one-off and low-volume components from drawings
MIG and TIG welding (mild steel, stainless, aluminium)
Working from technical sketches and CAD designs
Assembling bespoke parts for new product development
Collaborating with design and engineering teams on prototype builds 

What You'll Need

Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
Ability to fabricate from engineering drawings with minimal guidance
Experience with bespoke or prototype fabrication (not just production work)
A methodical and problem-solving mindset
Strong attention to detail and pride in your finish 

What's On Offer

Up to £18.00 per hour (DOE)
Straight day shifts: Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30, Friday early finish at 12:30
