Early Years SEN Teacher | About the Role

Remedy is seeking a passionate Early Years SEN Teacher to lead a small, dedicated class of students with severe and complex SEN needs. Starting in September 2025, this long-term role involves:

Delivering a creative and personalised Early Years curriculum that meets each child's specific developmental and educational needs.
Providing a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment to foster confidence, independence, and success.
Leading and managing a small team of support staff (TAs) to provide 1:1 and group-based interventions.
Using innovative strategies and SEN-specific resources to ensure all children make progress at their own pace.
Working collaboratively with parents, therapists, and external professionals to provide holistic support for each child.Early Years SEN Teacher | The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience teaching in EYFS/Specialist settings.
Demonstrates a secure understanding of Early Years frameworks and SEN assessment strategies.
Has experience working with students with complex learning difficulties, including autism, sensory impairments, and developmental delay.
Is patient, adaptable, and committed to meeting the individual needs of students.
