Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines to high standards
• Program machines from drawings using Fanuc controls
• Inspect and measure components to ensure quality and tolerances are met
• Maintain machinery and carry out routine checks to ensure smooth operation
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and output targets
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turnerr
• Competent in programming and operating CNC turning machines
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Knowledge of Fanuc controls is essential
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
