Salary:

• £10.50 - £11.50 per hour base salary (Dependent on Experience) + Regular Over Time at x1.5.

Reports To:

The Trainee Workshop Engineer will report to the Workshop Engineer.

Job Overview:

Trainee Workshop Engineer will be assisting Workshop Engineer. You will assist the Workshop engineer with the following: refurbishment, repair and maintenance of our powered access equiptment. They will ensure our clients customers are using safe and reliable equiptment and that they can count on them to deliever customer excellence. The Trainee Workshop Engineer and The Workshop Engineer will ensure that our clients equipment is performing to its full capabilities, that all equipment is tested, repaired and serviced to a high standard. Trainee Workshop Engineer will be trained to be fully competent in the powered access engineering trade.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist The Workshop Engineer.
• Carry out service, repair and maintenance on Powered Access equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults on Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic systems.
• Carry out inspections.
• Comply with all QMS procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping within workshop and vehicles.

Shift Pattern:

• This is Monday to Friday position 08:00am - 17:00pm - office based + regular overtime
